Knowledge Transfer

The agricultural and food system is characterized by a number of stakeholders, complex decision- making processes and differentiation of markets. In this process it is the task of science to present facts and findings on market developments, consumer trends and political effects and provide possible solutions as well as advantages and disadvantages of various compromise options and developments.

In the winter semester 2021, the Institute organized the agricultural university day on the topic "The agricultural value chains of the future" within the framework of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences.
